Support System
Monthly One-On-One Sessions*
 Nutrition counseling and/or fitness coaching with Kim, in person, by phone or Skype. Personal training throughout the Los Angeles area.
Weekly Group Support Calls
 Weekly calls with brief educational talk followed by Q&A, sharing and supporting each other’s challenges and successes.

Group led by Kim, for ongoing support from Kim and each other, to help you get and stay on track.
Monthly Crisis or Check-In Calls
 Quick calls with Kim outside of one-on-one sessions and group calls, to touch base on your progress or help you through a challenge in the moment.
